Decent stay, a few issues

The room had a lovely size. Breakfast included someone cooking omelets, a nice touch. I found the location to be very convenient.
I paid for late check out. A cleaner still walked into my room at the normal check-out time. Later, someone from reception called and questioned why I had not checked out. Her attitude was unfriendly.

The room was super clean. I found it very inviting. the usb ports near the bed were useful. I charged my phone easily. also, the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the omelettes, with vatika always friendly as she prepared them.
the air conditioning was somewhat noisy, a minor distraction though.

Check-in was cute and efficient!!! My room was a great size with a HUGE comfy bed and a fantastic shower!!! It was a hot night. I was glad the window opened! Breakfast was self-service. It offered more than I needed with lovely, attentive staff. Operation was smooth even during the busy morning.
The broken heating meant the room was warm all weekend.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing my requests for two single beds, I had despite initial shortages. All questions were answered swiftly and thoroughly. I felt very supported.

Rooms include sufficient sockets in suitable locations, offering lots of hanging space, and an iron with an ironing board. I was delighted by the convenience!!! Blackout curtains ensured no light entered, and the city location was surprisingly quiet, promoting restful sleep.

Breakfast had a decent variety. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The corridors were clean, too. The price of breakfast was inexpensive compared to other nearby establishments with sufficient choice to be worth it, even for a longer stay.

I found the location convenient. Many dining options were nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. breakfast offered a good range of choices.
The bathroom in my room was quite small. the carpet looked worn with some stains. also, the tv had limited channel options. There was no netflix.
